GEO MOVES TO ELECTIVE SERVICE
GEO transitioned to an elective Lloyd's service through the LIMOSS MGS panel and 80% of clients by GWP continued using the service, marking the most successful transfer in Lloyd's history
MIS hosts its first post-event webinar in the days following the historic LA wildfires, sharing 50,000+ building damage assessments made by the team in 72 hours
MIS wins another Modern Claims Award in the Supporting the Industry (26+ Employees) category
MIS partners with the California Insurance Emergency Response Association (CIERA) to deliver enhanced intelligence around events in California
GEO HITS 200 EVENT REPORTS
The MIS team marked 200 global event reports being uploaded to GEO in just 3 years since the platform was launched

LAUNCH OF GEO INTO THE LONDON MARKET
Launch of the Global Events Observer (GEO) into the London Market.
Integrated new drone, SAR, satellite and aerial imaging capabilities onto the GEO platform.
Responded at scale to Hurricane Ida.
EUROPEAN SPACE AGENCY CO-FUNDING
Awarded European Space Agency co-funding to develop the next generation of our technology, GEO, supercharging automation and machine learning capabilities.
Rebranding and relaunch of MIS Intel following extensive consultation with users. Capacity upgraded to deliver ultra high resolution drone and aerial imagery as well as advanced financial exposure analysis at portfolio level.
USER BASE OF MIS INTEL TRIPLES
Developed machine learning capability analysing crop and vegetation health as well as post event property damage.
Worked in Lloyd’s Lab to deliver a demo of the power of remote intelligence in claims automation for the Future at Lloyd’s Next Generation Claims workstream.

BRITISH CLAIMS AWARD WINNER
Winner of the 2018 British Claims Award for Outstanding Achievement of the Year.

LLOYD’S MARKET CATASTROPHE INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM
Won prestigious contract to build the Lloyd’s market catastrophe intelligence platform serving all 55 Managing Agencies.
Enabled multi $ million wildfire claim to be paid with no loss adjuster intervention.
FIRST SUCCESSFUL PROOF OF CONCEPT
First successful proof of concept using imagery and analysis to deliver insight following Hurricane Matthew and Canadian Wildfires. Consulting practice expands, with projects delivered including complex insurance disputes, wildlife conservation and crop health monitoring.
